Payment Plan Options

SUNY Old Westbury offers a convenient and affordable way for students and parents to pay their educational expenses.  The Tuition Payment Plan, available for the Fall and Spring semesters, allows tuition and fees to be paid in one of two payment plan options. There is a $25 processing fee for this program.

Two-Payment Plan Option

Fall Semester

  • First payment (50% of net balance after aid) due upon payment plan enrollment.
  • Second (final) payment due around October 12th (date to be determined each Fall semester).

Spring Semester

  • First payment (50% of net balance after aid) due upon payment plan enrollment.
  • Second (final) payment due around March 15th (date to be determined each Spring semester).

Three-Payment Plan Option

Fall Semester

  • First payment (33% of net balance after aid) due upon payment plan enrollment.
  • Second payment (33% of balance) due around September 12th (date to be determined each Fall semester).
  • Third (final) payment due around October 12th (date to be determined each Fall semester).

Spring Semester

  • First payment (33% of net balance after aid) due upon payment plan enrollment.
  • Second payment (33% of balance) due around February 15th (date to be determined each Spring semester).
  • Third (final) payment due around March 15th (date to be determined each Spring semester).

Note

  • There is a one-time $25.00 non-refundable fee per semester for both payment plan options due at time of enrollment.
  • The payment plan options are only available for the fall and spring semesters.
  • Prior semester balances must be paid-in-full to participate in a current semester payment plan.
  • You must enroll in the payment plan each semester via the on-line system. Enrollment in a payment plan must be completed by the bill due date or at the time of course registration, whichever is later.
  • Failure to make payments on-time will result in a Late Payment Fee being added to your account for each missed payment.
  • Any changes in charges to your account or anticipated financial aid may result in changes in your payment plan amount due.
