We recommend that you submit your request at least three (3) weeks prior to the event to allow enough time for our office to review, schedule, and respond to your request.
Please note the following:
- Submission of this form is not confirmation of the President's participation at the requested event.
- The President's schedule is subject to change at any time. If such a situation arises, a member of the President's staff will contact the initiating individual/department and, if appropriate, suggest an alternate representative.
- Once your request is received, you will receive a response from the Office of the President within five (5) business days.
- All photos/videos taken at the event may be requested by the Office of the President.
