This is a great opportunity for students to expand upon their professional skillset and give back to the Old Westbury campus community!

What does it mean to be a Presidential Ambassador?

  • Serving as a student representative at campus events​
  • Being a leader and active member of the campus community​
  • Networking with university leaders, alumni, and external partners & visitors​

Additional Program Details

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled full-time (12 credits or more)​
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.75​
  • In compliance with the Student Code of Conduct​
  • Must be willing to grow their interpersonal and professional skillset​
  • Be willing to commit to attend at least two events per semester in their capacity as an ambassador

Training

  • Students are required to attend mandatory training events before participating in the role.
