Professional Pathways to Growth & Leadership

When we develop our internal talent to retain employees, lengthen institutional knowledge, and grow all segments of our population, we grow in excellence.

- A note from President, Timothy E. Sams

Vision

A campus where every employee has the skills, knowledge, and support to advance student success and Inclusive Excellence.

Mission

Structured, audience-differentiated PD that builds institutional capacity, strengthens culture, and aligns with SUNY priorities.

Goals

By May 2028, we'd love to see every one of us finding real value in at least two sessions a semester — and walking away with something to show for it.
