O*Net Online: Information on occupations in the U.S. economy. Updated often and contains state and national wage information, occupational projections, related occupations and more.

Occupational Outlook Handbook:  Comprehensive information on occupations and their requirements updated by Bureau of Labor Statistics every 2 years.

New York Career Zone: This site provides a variety of information related to careers and the career planning process. Enables one to take a quiz to identify one's Holland code and related occupations to this code.

Transferable Skill Survey: Allows you to examine your "soft skills" used in many occupations that can be transferred from one type of work to another.

Salary.com: Use calculator to determine average pay for a position, cost of living in various locations and information about negotiating salary and other career-related topics.

Career Rookie: A division of CareerBuilder, connects students and recent grads to internships, p/t jobs and entry level positions as well as career information and advice.

Company Information/Researching Employers
