Ulifeline -

ULifeline is an online resource center for college student mental health and emotional well being.  Students and faculty/staff can learn more about mental health, take a mental health screening, ask questions, find answers, and seek help for themselves or for someone they care about.

Half of us -

Half of all college students say they have been so depressed they couldn't function at some point during the last school year. Half of all college students say they have been so stressed that they couldn't get their work done or socialize with friends during the last semester. And half of all college students say they have had suicidal thoughts.

Half of Us is a groundbreaking national campaign which raises awareness about the prevalence of mental health issues on campus and connects students to the appropriate resources to get help. Developed with their partner mtvU — the largest television network for college students reaching over 9 million students — this Peabody award-winning program features high-profile artists like Mary J. Blige , Pete Wentz and Brittany Snow discussing their own struggles with mental health issues. These stories, along with the campaign's resources and interactive elements, help students learn they are not alone. The campaign has generated over one billion impressions since it was launched in late 2006, reaching students at over 1300 colleges.

SUNY College at Old Westbury is offering anonymous self assessments for a variety of concerns such as depression, alcohol and eating disorders that are often misunderstood or misdiagnosed.
