 Note: the below dates are only for full-board review.

Exempt and expedited protocols are reviewed on a rolling basis throughout the year.

Please allow at least three weeks from submission to initial response to review. Exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to the IRB with any questions.

Full board review dates and deadlines

**IRB meetings may be called in January, June, and Summer for urgent matters or protocols that have already been reviewed and are pending revision. Meetings outside of the above listed times may also be called for urgent needs. The committee will decide to convene outside of the above posted times on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to the Chair to determine if your situation qualifies. Expedited and Exempt protocols may be submitted any time of the year, though responses will likely be slower during peak times of the semester and off-contract times.
