Are your items eligible for pick up at an Amazon Locker?

  • The Shipping weight is less than 10 lbs.
  • The product dimensions are smaller than 16x12x14 inches.
  • All items are sold or fulfilled by Amazon.com
  • The shipment contains no hazardous materials
  • The order DOES NOT contain Subscribe & Save items.
  • The order DOES NOT contain items shipping from other countries

How do I use an Amazon Locker for delivery on campus?

  1. Select the intended delivery address using “223 Store Hill Rd., Old Westbury, NY 11568”
    (Do not include any other information. like your hall name, mailbox number, or room number)
  2. Choose “Pick Up” as your delivery option.
  3. Select the locker that is available or most convenient for you (It's either "Serdy" or "Laskin").
    1. Serdy - located in the Campus Center (hallway between Mailroom & Library)
    2. Laskin - located Woodlands Hall 1 entrance
  4. Once you receive confirmation that your item was delivered, go to the selected locker to use the barcode or passcode that is given to you by Amazon. This will be found either in your Amazon App or in an email that is associated with your Amazon account.
  5. Pick up your item within 3 days of delivery. If not, your item will be picked up and returned to Amazon.

Can Amazon deliver to the Campus Mailroom?

Yes, but, because of the Mailroom hours, your options for getting your delivery are fewer. Here's what you need to know:

  1. Please use the name listed on your school ID when ordering packages (no nicknames, etc.). If we can’t match a student’s name to the package, the package will be returned.
  2. The address on the package must read:

    SUNY Old Westbury
    “Student’s Name”ONLY
    223 Store Hill Rd.
    Old Westbury, NY 11568
  3. Once you are notified of the items that are delivered, allow the mailroom one hour to process the package.  After that one hour, students can come by to retrieve the items. The student must provide their ID at the time of pick up.
  4. Students should retrieve their items within 3 -5 days of delivery, unless previously discussed with mailroom team members.

When can I pick up my package?

  • Serdy (Campus Center, between Mailroom & Library):  5 a.m. - 11 p.m., Monday-Sunday
  • Laskin (Woodlands Hall 1 entrance): 5 a.m. - 11 p.m., Monday-Sunday

Campus Mailroom

  • Campus Center, Room K-101M:  8:30 a.m.-3:45 p.m., Monday-Friday
