Graduates can pursue opportunities like Director of Nursing, Rehabilitation Center Director, Nursing Home Administrator, Practice Manager at a metropolitan hospital, and Public Health Clinic Supervisor, among others.
Admission to the M.S. in Healthcare Management program is competitive. Applications are primarily accepted for fall semester entry, with a limited number of qualified students considered for spring admission. To be considered for the program, please submit your application by March 1.

Admissions Requirements
The Graduate Business Admissions Committee will finalize admission decisions after reviewing completed applications. Admitted students will meet with the Assistant Dean to analyze transcripts, create a degree completion plan, and select first-semester courses.
To enter the program applicants need:
- Baccalaureate degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Public Health, etc.) from a regionally accredited institution. Minimum grade point average of 3.0 for all undergraduate and graduate work.
- Transcripts of undergraduate and any graduate work with evidence of degree(s) conferred
- Two (2) letters of recommendation from professors or employers
- Brief personal statement of objectives
Note:
A student’s GPA in graduate-level courses for the M.S. in Healthcare Management must average 3.0 or higher for successful completion of the program. A minimum of twenty-four credit hours in graduate-level work must be completed in the School of Business.
