Dr. Papademas has presented on various research topics at conferences of the International Sociology Association, the International Communication Association, the International Visual Sociology Association, the American Sociological Association, the Society for the Study of Social Problems, the Eastern Sociological Society, and Sociologists for Women in Society. She has also held several exhibitions in Visual Sociology at Syracuse University, the University of Minnesota, and SUNY/OLD WESTBURY, among others. Dr. Papademas has been invited speak at various symposia at the University of Pennsylvania, SUNY/Albany, SUNY/Oneonta; SUNY/FIT, Denison, Northeastern University, and Penn State University as well.
