Mission

The role of the Office for Research & Sponsored Programs (ORSP) is to support members of the Old Westbury campus community in efforts to obtain external funding to advance our mission-driven commitments to education, service, and research. Chief among roles of the ORSP are:

• the identification of relevant external funding sources, 
• the preparation of successful grant proposals, and 
• efforts to assure that all proposed work is carried out with integrity -- compliant with University policies, SUNY policies, and all relevant federal and state regulations governing the activity.
