Fall Undergraduate Open House set for December 6

The State University of New York at Old Westbury will welcome prospective students and their families to campus for its annual Fall Undergraduate Open House on Saturday, December 6, 2025 . from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Campus Center.

“Open House provides an opportunity for participants to learn how an Old Westbury education empowers every student to ‘Own Your Future’ -- to set their own direction, to be what they believe they can be, and to build the life and career they seek,” said Bryan Terry, Old Westbury’s vice president for enrollment management.

At Open House, attendees can meet with faculty and explore the nearly 50 bachelor’s degree programs offered through Old Westbury’s School of Arts and Sciences, School of Business, School of Education and School of Professional Studies. They can also tour the campus while learning about the University’s student life, study abroad programs, research and internship opportunities and more.

The event also offers participants an introduction to the University’s mission to deliver a transformational learning experience for all students and to its values of excellence, sustainability, social justice, and integrity.
