Noted television and radio personality and journalist Jacqueline Elaine "Jacque" Reid will meet with students of the SUNY Old Westbury Media & Communications program to discuss her career in media, to offer insights into today's media landscape, and to forecast what students might experience as the industries continue to evolve.
Reid was the lead news anchor of The BET Nightly News from 2001 to 2005 and is currently one of the co-hosts of the NBC New York affiliate show called "New York Live." She has also guest-hosted The View several times, prior to joining NBC 4 New York.
