Due to anticipated icing tonight and tomorrow morning and the potential for dangerous conditions, a change to campus operations is being made for Monday, December 15, 2025.
All final exams scheduled to occur in-person and on campus beginning before noon tomorrow are postponed. An announcement on the rescheduling of these exams will be made in the early afternoon tomorrow.
All staff other than those deemed essential are to arrive to work no later two hours after their regularly scheduled arrival time.
Employees performing essential services in these conditions (University Police, grounds, etc.) are expected to report at their assigned or agreed upon times.
The Campus Shuttle service is expected to run on its regular schedule for the day, but please be mindful there may be unforeseen delays due to off-campus road conditions.
It is understandable that weather or other emergency conditions may make it difficult for employees to get to work, so staff are advised to use their discretion in traveling to campus. It is New York State policy, however, that State offices or facilities may only be closed by order of the Governor. Therefore, employees must charge appropriate leave credits if they do not report to work.
