The SUNY Old Westbury community is the best resource for portraying the life of the University and as a result images/videos of people publicly engaged in College-related events or campus life are often taken for these purposes. SUNY Old Westbury University reserves the right to take photographs of campus facilities, events, faculty, staff, students, and guests in any areas of the campus where subjects would not have an expectation of privacy.
Registration as a student and attendance at or participation in classes and other campus and College activities constitutes an agreement by the student to the College's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the student's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, online and social media, electronic reproductions, or audiotapes of such classes and other campus and College activities.
