Spring 2026 Move-In will be Sunday, January 25 from 10AM – 4PM at your residence hall
- We strongly encourage you to bring moving carts/ and or additional help to assist with your move in.

Residence Hall Housing Placement & Roommate information
- Log in to your student portal (connect.oldwestbury.edu)
- Select Housing and Dining Card
- Select Housing Self-Service/Apply Online
- This will open your housing portal in a new window. Your current housing and roommate information, when available, will be displayed on the main page
Dining
- Cafeteria will open on Sun, Jan 25@ 4pm for Dinner
- All other food locations will open on Monday, Jan 26
Spring 2025 Classes
- Begin on Monday, January 26, 2026
- We strongly encourage all students to be actively registered for active Spring 2026 classes as soon as possible and before moving in.
- Last day to register for classes is Sunday, Feb 1.
- Students not active registered for Spring 2026 classes will have to check out of the halls by no later than Wed, Feb 4, 2026.
