Opportunities for Student Engagement

The Student Health Center supports equity and inclusion by providing culturally competent programming to our diverse student population.  For example: LGBTQIA+ history month, World AIDS Day, Red Watchband Bystander Intervention Training Program (CPR/AED), HIV & STI testing services, and Narcan administration training program. The Student Health Center is a designated Safe Space for LGBTQIA+ community members. The Student Health Center hosts insurance navigators from NY State of Health Insurance marketplace, Planned Parenthood and Family Planning benefits program, and sexual and reproductive health programs.
