We provide a safe and confidential setting in which to explore personal concerns and restore emotional balance.
Research shows that students who seek help early, when difficulties arise, have a significantly better chance of being successful and remaining in school than those who do not.
College life is full of academic, interpersonal, and emotional challenges. Many times we are able to meet life’s challenges and manage them on our own. Sometimes, however, the challenges can be too much and even make it hard to deal with daily life. We get stuck when our usual ways of dealing with problems are no longer effective.
It takes strength and wisdom to recognize when you need help.
