Campus Services
Basic services provided in the office include concept development, layout, production supervision and hiring printers and photographers. We can also work with you in defining your publications goals and reviewing your options.

Publications Priorities
Design services are completed via the following pre-determined office priorities. The lower-ranked priorities will need the most lead time.

1. Recruitment materials
2. Institutional Advancement materials, especially those directly related to raising private funds for academic programs and services
3. Publications for special events such as Commencement and Honors Convocation
4. Publications essential to the operation of the institution, such as catalogs, course schedules, etc.
5. Academic and other catalogs, handbooks, guides, etc.
6. Publications intended for potential students, requested by departments not listed above.

Timelines/Production Schedules for Print Production:
Publications are scheduled in as timely a fashion as possible. Initial consultation well ahead of the desired date you wish to have the final pieces in hand is essential. The office receives approximately 200 requests for design assistance each year, for projects of varying sizes and time requirements and usually there are 10-20 projects in process at any given time. The time period needed to complete a project is naturally dependent on when the Publications staff can devote time for it, along with the assigned priority of the project and other projects in process.
