Maintenance and Facilities

The Maintenance and Facilities Department provides facility, custodial, grounds and construction services to the SUNY College at Old Westbury campus. In addition to performing these functions, we plan minor and major renovation projects on all College properties. The bulk of the operations of the Maintenance and Facilities Department is located within the Service Buildings on C-Gate Road, just north of the Long Island Expressway. The department also operates the campus Heat Plant, which is located on Ring Road.
