Bursar (Student Accounts) The Office of the Bursar is responsible for the collection of tuition, room and board charges, fees, and other campus miscellaneous revenue. The Bursar is also responsible for the collection and disbursement of State and Federal financial aid as governed by appropriate regulations. Tuition and other fees are payable by cash, check, or money order payable to SUNY College at Old Westbury. The College accepts the following credit cards; VISA, Mastercard and Discover/Novus. Payments may be made in the following manner:
In addition, students can make arrangements with the Bursar's Office for a Time Payment Plan (see below) to maintain their financial "good standing". However, if a student's tuition or other account is in arrears, that student will not be permitted to register or make schedule adjustments after registration. Also, students who are not in financial "good standing" will not be issued a transcript of record or awarded a diploma. Staff Susan J. Undergraduate tuition is $2175 for New York State residents and $5,305 for out-of-state students. Graduate tuition is $3,450 for New York State residents and $5,460 for out-of-state students. Fees for undergraduate students (both in state and out-of-state) are $374. Fees for graduate students are $246. The room rate for students living in our dormitories is $2984 and the meal plan is $1350 (a meal plan is required if you live on campus). An additional $110 in refundable deposits is required for dorm damage and room keys.
