Submit your Graduate Application

The graduate application is available online, and it's easy to apply using the SUNY Old Westbury Graduate Admissions Application.

A $50 non-refundable application fee is required at the time of application.  If the application fee cannot be paid online, a check or money order (made out to SUNY Old Westbury) can be mailed to SUNY Old Westbury, Attn: Graduate Admission Processing, P.O. Applicants should use a personal email address that is checked regularly to ensure timely communication from the University is received.  Shortly after your application is submitted and received, applicants will receive an email acknowledging receipt of the application and instructions on how to submit the required documentation.

Electronic document submission is encouraged!  All applicants must order (from their previous institution's website) and submit an official transcripts from every institution of higher education previously attended, even if you enrolled and withdrew at any institution.  Transcripts must be sent directly from the previous institution and can be emailed to enroll@oldwestbury.edu.  Applicants may not submit their own transcripts.  Graduates of SUNY Old Westbury don't need to order their Old Westbury transcripts as we already have that information on file.

If electronic transcript submission is not possible, applicants can order their official transcripts from the previous institution to be mailed to:

An official translation/evaluation by World Education Services (WES) or Office of International Education Services (AACRAO) may be submitted.
