The Office of the Bursar is responsible for the collection
of tuition, room and board charges, fees, and other campus miscellaneous
revenue. The Bursar
is also responsible for the collection and disbursement of State and Federal
financial aid as governed by appropriate regulations.
Tuition and other fees are payable by cash, check, or money order payable
to SUNY College at Old Westbury. The College accepts the following credit cards;
VISA, Mastercard and Discover/Novus.
Payments may be made in the following manner:
- In person at the Bursar's Office
located in Room I-104 of the Campus Center.
- Mail - SUNY College At Old
Westbury, Campus Center, I-104, P.O. BOX 210, Old Westbury, NY 11568.
- Web Payment - Credit card payments can be made via the college website. Click here to access web payment.
In addition, students can make arrangements with the Bursar's Office
for a Time Payment Plan (see below) to maintain their financial "good
standing". However, if a student's tuition or other account
is in arrears, that student will not be permitted to register or make schedule
adjustments after registration. Also, students who are not in financial "good
standing" will not be issued a transcript of record or awarded a diploma.

SUNY
College at Old Westbury has a
convenient and affordable way
for students and parents to pay
their educational expenses. This
plan allows tuition and fees to
be paid in two (2) equal installments
each semester. Payments for the
Fall semester begin in August,
payments for the Spring Semester
begin in December. There is a
nominal cost for this program.

The
cost of a SUNY education is still
one of the best values in the
country. The estimated cost for
an undergraduate New York State
resident student is $2590;
for an out-of-state undergraduate
student it is $5720 .
Undergraduate
tuition is $2175 for New York
State residents and $5,305 for
out-of-state students. Graduate
tuition is $3,450 for New York
State residents and $5,460 for
out-of-state students. Fees for
undergraduate students (both in
state and out-of-state) are $
414.
Fees for graduate students are
$ 286.
The
room rate for students living
in our dormitories is $3050 and
the meal plan is $1350 (a meal
plan is required if you live on
campus). An additional $110 in
refundable deposits is required
for dorm damage and room keys.
