Taxation, M.S.

The M.S. in Taxation expands the portfolio of skills of its students beyond financial accounting, preparing them to meet the growing demand of private, public, not-for-profit and government organizations for professionals with up-to-date knowledge of Federal, State, and International taxation issues.

The curriculum contains a “Professional and Business Core” of eight courses (24 credits) and “Professional Electives” of 2 courses (6 credits). When finished with their studies, graduates of the program will have also satisfied New York State’s 150-credit hour requirement to sit for the certified public accountancy examination.
